I’m digitising my blog entries from 2006. While cleaning my office I found the print outs for most of them. My dad had printed them as I was reporting on my stay in Jakarta.

Over the years I moved domains, CMSs and topics. I picked up and dropped blogging several times, losing a lot of what I published over time.

Reading the old blogposts brought back memories, and I feel I’d like preserving them in a way that will allow me to do the same another 20 years from now.

I’ll be backdating them to the original publish date. No photo’s, as most of those got lost with the domain moves and as a result of a stolen laptop at one point. When I can find the photos that were connected, I’ll include them.

Reading some of the stuff I wrote 20 years ago makes me cringe a little. A good thing I guess 😆
